Monthly Budget by Direct Debit

Over 12 months, you can meet your electricity bills through regular monthly payments, calculated to cover your likely annual cost of electricity. We simply call for the payment from your bank on the 1st or 10th day of each month and as a Direct Debit account customer, you will be entitled to a discount of £2 per bill. You will be sent quarterly statements which will keep you informed of your current debit/credit balance. back to top >>

 


Variable Direct Debit

You receive a regular statement showing the amount of your bill, and approximately 18 days later this amount will be drawn for your bank account.  You will be entitled to a discount of £2 per bill. back to top >>

Pay As You Go

A pre-payment meter using computer technology gives you the opportunity to pay as you use energy at no additional cost. The key can be charged with the value you wish to purchase at various locations across the Island. Click here to view all of our pay as you go locations.  back to top >>


Monthly Payments by Cash

If you do not have a bank account but would like to make regular monthly payments, we will assess a figure for you. Quarterly statements will be sent to keep you informed of your current situation. back to top >>

 


JE Stamps

Stamps can be purchased from Jersey Electricity, The Powerhouse, Queens Road and at any Post Office. back to top >>

Payments by Cash, Cheque, Postal Orders, Debit Card

You can pay your bills at Jersey Electricity, The Powerhouse Queens Road or at Post Offices around the Island. Payment can be sent by post to:

We enclose a pre-paid envelope with our bills for customer's convenience.
Please return the payment slip from your bill and write your reference number on the back of your cheque.

Or alternatively if you are paying at the Powerhouse in person

  • The Customer Care Reception is located in the main atrium. Access either from the East (front) car park, or follow the signs through the retail shop
  • Open Monday to Saturday 8am - 8pm
  • Our post box is 14 metres to the right of the main retail shop entrance
  • Cheques are payable to:-

  • We accept debit cards
