Following work carried out to install or re-inforce a supply, (see "Electricity Supply Enquiry" (ESE) Guide). Tony Medcalf , our New Installation Technician, is your main point of contact to arrange for connection to our Distribution system.
Tony will help any Customer or Contractor who requires a meter connected to a new supply. His direct telephone number is 505279. Should Tony be unavailable, all calls will automatically be transferred to our Customer Care Advisers in the Customer Care Phone Centre. Details of your call will be passed to him.
What items are required to apply for a connection of supply, in order to avoid possible delays in processing my application?
A completed ’Application of Supply for Electricity’ form (only required for a new supply).

What happens next?
On receipt of the completed forms and all other relevant information, Tony will endeavour to install the meter within 3 working days; however, this will depend on current workloads. He will contact you by telephone to confirm the appointment time and discuss any necessary access arrangements.
