JE Customer Care advisors offer a comprehensive ’one stop’ service, for customers wishing to contact the company on one designated phone number, or by calling in to the reception area at the Powerhouse. Both areas deal with a wide variety of items, including:-

Working directly alongside the team at the Powerhouse are our Customer Care mobile advisors who enhance the service by calling in person to Customers’ properties, where necessary.
