Over 12 months, you can meet your electricity bills through regular monthly payments, calculated to cover your likely annual cost of electricity. We simply call for the payment from your bank on the 10th or 17th day of each month and as a Direct Debit account customer, you will be entitled to a discount of £2 per bill. We enclose a pre-paid envelope with our bills for customer’s convenience. Please return the payment slip from your bill and write your reference number on the back of your cheque.
