Whether you're struggling to pay a bill or worried about rising costs, we’re here to help you. We have a range of support, advice and information available to take control of energy consumption and payments, including links to other helpful organisations.

The easy way to pay

The easiest way to pay for your electricity is by Monthly or Variable Direct Debit. Using Direct Debit means:

  • No more paying in person
  • Pay on a day that suits you

Also, if you choose to get your statements electronically as well, we'll give you £3 off your quarterly bills - that's £12 a year off your electricity.
