- This is usually between 11.30pm and 7.30am, though the exact times are at the discretion of Jersey Electricity.
- Useful for summer water heating even if you have gas or oil-fired central heating but also have an electric immersion hot water storage tank.
- Other appliances such as dishwashers and washing machines can be timed to advantage of the discounted rate.

- All units used on all appliances during 17 hours outside seven-hour Night Rate.
