I’ve lost my Pay As You Go key, what do I do?

If you think you've lost your Pay As You Go key, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.

  • Call 505460 between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • We will arrange for a new key to be available for collection from The Powerhouse, Queens Road, St Helier
  • You will be charged £5 for the new key which is refundable if your original key is subsequently found and returned.
