How do I change my address with you?

You can notify us of a change of address by completing a simple online form. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice before you take responsibility for the supply at your new home. We need:

  • Your Customer Number
  • Phone and email contact details
  • Date of your move
  • How and when you would like to notify us of a final meter reading at your current property
  • If you cannot access your meter we will send a technician to read it
  • Name and contact of the new occupant of your current property if known or landlord/managing agent
