How do I set up an account as a new customer?

You can register for a new electricity account by completing a simple online form. Please give us a least 48 hours' notice before you take responsibility for the supply. We need:

  • Your name
  • Phone and email contact details
  • Address
  • Date you will be taking over the supply
  • If you don't choose to pay your account by Direct Debit or Pay As You Go Meter, we require a £250 deposit
  • You will receive a £3 discount off your quarterly bill if you pay by Direct Debit and receive your bill by email
  • You can sign up when you have received your Customer Number
