Our apprentice programmes offer you an opportunity to get straight into work and learn the vital skills you need “on the job”.
On and off-island training
We offer "entry" roles in all our departments, meaning you have many ways to join us and start a great career.
Being an apprentice within our Energy Division means you will attend courses either on-island or in the UK and sit exams to gain the qualifications you need.
Apprentice and trainee roles in our other departments follow a very similar programme of training while offering you valuable experience within your day-to-day role.
Qualifications you need to apply
If you have completed a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent secondary education) in Maths, English and Science, you can apply for a role within JE as an Apprentice or register your interest for any internship opportunities we may have.
