Dementia Jersey applied to 100 Projects That Matter with a powerful idea: to create a series of 12 informative videos designed specifically for carers of dementia patients. These videos answer frequently asked questions, offer practical advice, and provide emotional support, ensuring carers feel valued and equipped to care for their loved ones. Hosted on the charity’s YouTube channel, the videos are available anytime, making vital information more accessible to those who need it most.
This project strongly aligns with our commitment to health and education, and our 100 Projects That Matter panel was eager to help bring it to life. We believe these resources will have a lasting impact, offering support and reassurance to carers across the Island.
