Step 1 - Download the My JE app

Take control of your electricity usage and see where you could make savings.

Downloading My JE app on iOS or Android

Step 2 - Verify your details

Once you’ve downloaded the app, logging in is simple. You will need your Customer Number and the email address we hold for you.

We take your data security seriously, so you will need to verify your email address as part of the logging in process.

Pay As You Go customers

Please complete the form in Step 4 below by inputting your details and meter number. A member of our Customer Care team will then be able to confirm your Customer Number. 

 

Step 3 - Take control of your electricity usage

Then you will be able to:

  • See and compare how much energy you’re using and when day-by-day, week-by-week or year-on-year in both kWhs (units) AND cash.
  • View bills, transactions, top-ups, and your account/meter balance.
  • Set up a profile to compare your electricity usage with other similar properties.
  • Set a weekly or monthly consumption target to help you control costs.

Don't know your Customer Number or having trouble logging into the My JE app?

Don't worry, we're here to help. It could simply be that we do not have your current email address. 

Let us know by completing this form, including your Customer/Meter Number, and we'll get back to you just as soon as we can.

We are continuing the development of this version of My JE to expand its functionality, and we'd value your feedback by emailing us at MyJE@jec.co.uk.

Customer groups who can't currently benefit from this version of My JE include, for example, customers on our Buy Back Tariff, Three-Phase and Maximum demand customers, but we're working on it!
