Interest-free finance for your customers

We've teamed up with a local company to provide interest-free finance for all domestic customers moving from fossil fuel heating to electricity.

This finance option includes up to five years' interest-free credit to a maximum loan of £6,000*.

How do your customers apply?

Your customer needs to obtain a quotation for their installation and then download and complete the application for trade finance form.

Your customer brings both the quotation and application, along with proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence, to our Customer Care Team at Smarter Living in the Powerhouse (9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday).

We'll calculate the monthly repayments and answer any questions. Once we've approved the loan and your customer has signed the loan agreement, you can start work.

When you've completed the installation, your customer will need to contact us on 01534 505460 to arrange for a Customer Care Adviser to inspect the installation. They will also make sure your customer understands how to use their new electric heating system.

Once you've invoiced your customer, they send your invoice to us, which must match the loan amount, to us and we'll arrange for transfer of the funds to their bank account. This will normally be within 10 working days of the inspection visit.
