Government Incentives for your switch
The Government's Low Carbon Heating Incentive (LCHI) helps households and businesses switch from fossil fuel heating systems to low carbon alternatives.
Eligible properties with oil or gas heating can receive up to £9,000+ in matched funding towards a new low carbon heating system.
To qualify, your property must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Through EasySwitch, we can arrange this for you. Our fee is the value of the Government EPC incentive plus a £100 administration charge.
We'll also manage the entire incentive application process on your behalf, making your transition to low carbon heating simple and hassle free.
