Storm Goretti has caused significant damage to parts of the Island’s electricity network, mainly due to falling trees bringing down overhead power lines.
Progress so far:
We’ve already restored power to around 50 customers, and our crews are working hard across the Island.
Current situation:
- Around 300 customers remain without power
- 31 separate incidents reported
What we're doing:
- Crews deployed Island-wide, assessing damage and restoring supplies where safe
- Prioritising emergency situations
- Making steady progress despite challenging conditions
