Our crews will continue working into the evening, having already made substantial headway in restoring electricity to the last of our customers today. Presently, only a handful remain without power due to Storm Ciarán.

The tail end of these restoration efforts typically requires detailed attention to individual power lines, or residential connections. Although a single task may only bring power back to one household or a small area, it demands almost as much time and effort as some of the more extensive repairs.

A separate incident has been noted, with a damaged cable in the Havre des Pas area, impacting a limited number of customers; this is unrelated to Storm Ciarán and was caused by a third party. Our engineers are currently on their way to the location.
