Important information for our Pay As You Go customers

Pay As You Go customers will be unable to top up their meters either online via Topup.je or in your usual local retailer between the hours of 9am and 3.30pm Sunday 23 November due to systems maintenance. 

We apologise for the inconvenience and urge customers to ensure they have sufficient credit on their meters to cover this period.

If your credit drops below £1 you have the option to activate Emergency Credit. The meter will say: Low Credit . . . EC Offer. Press button ‘A’ to activate.

In the aftermath of Storm Ciarán, we’d like to assure you that our teams are out in full force across the Island, working to restore power to all affected areas.

We understand that being without power can be difficult and frustrating. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to restore power to those impacted as quickly and safely as possible. Our crews are prioritising emergency situations and making steady progress, despite the challenges.

For your safety, please stay clear of any damaged power infrastructure and report any hazards you may come across.

We would like to reassure you that we are making good progress and we are immensely grateful for the patience and understanding shown by our customers as we work in these challenging conditions.
