As the dust settles on this year’s CI Pride, we have taken the time to reflect on JE’s journey to become a more diverse and inclusive employer.

The organiser of CI Pride, Liberate, makes it clear that the celebrations are for everyone.
To mark this year’s CI Pride, we invited Vic Tanner Davy of Liberate to talk to employees about the Pride movement and to spark conversations about inclusivity and acceptance.

Our Taking Pride in Energy series gave us the opportunity to explore what CI Pride and inclusivity means to us here at JE – and why we feel it is important to show our support for the movement and our local community.
