This guide will help anyone moving to an address in Jersey where they will be responsible for paying the electricity. It includes:

Advice for existing customers moving to a different address in Jersey

If you are moving to a different address in Jersey, and already have an account with us, you will need to complete a form either online or on paper, whichever you prefer.

Online

Paper

You will need to complete your chosen form at least 48 working hours before you move in to the new address.

To complete your chosen forms you will need the following:

  • Your Customer Number
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of your move
  • Where you are moving from and to
  • Date for a final meter reading at your current property
  • Date for a start meter reading at your new property
  • Address to send your information
  • Name and contact of the new occupant of your current property (if known), or landlord / managing agent
  • Payment method for any outstanding balance

Paper forms should be printed, signed and returned to the following address:

Advice for new customers moving to an address in Jersey

If you are moving to an address in Jersey, but you do not have an account with us, you will need to complete a form either online or on paper, whichever you prefer:
