If you wish to apply for the Government incentive, you will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If you already have an EPC, please contact us to arrange an appointment on 505600 or fill in this form.

There are two ways to obtain an EPC:

1. We're here to help and can guide you through the application process. Please fill in this form, making sure you have checked the box and read the government data policy. We'll then contact you to make an appointment.

2. If you wish to arrange your own EPC, complete the online Government form. When you have received your EPC, contact us to arrange an appointment on 505600

If you would like more information on the government incentive scheme, visit their website.

Please Note

You only need an EPC if you are changing from Gas, Oil or Solid Fuel and want to claim the LCHI . If you are simply upgrading an existing electric system, you do not need an EPC as the LCHI will not be applicable.

Your EPC will be carried out by an independent accredited assessor.
