We have a number of employees who are trained Mental Health First Aiders, always on hand to offer a listening ear.

Many employees are also trained physical first aiders or community first responders, so we have no shortage of help available if ever it is required.

Our Wellbeing Group, made up of employees from across the business, meet to talk about wellness issues and how, as a business, we are providing a safe and supportive environment for our employees.
