Electricity supplies to customers affected by Storm Ciarán have now been restored. We understand the disruption it caused and thank you for your patience and support.
The journey to full recovery however is still ongoing and we are tackling the challenge head-on. The damage to our network is significant and many areas will require permanent repairs. Our teams are still working across the Island, to replace and rebuild our infrastructure.

Important for Customers
- Stay safe: Always assume downed power lines are “live”. Keep your distance and immediately report them to us.
- Property storm damage: Before any repair work or maintenance is carried out on your property, please call us first and we will identify, free of charge, where the electricity mains supply cables are located in and around your property.
